Oven Baked Potato Dordtse (with Salad and Sosis)

Oven Baked Potato Dodrtse
Oven Baked gold potatoes cut into wedges and
baked for a wonderful side dish to complitment any dish.
Ingredients:
10 large gold potatoes, unpeeled olive oil
1/2 tbs italian seasoning
1 tsp sald
1/2 tsp black papper
1/2 tsp oregano
Directions:
1. Preheat ovent to 200 C. Lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet
2. Scrub the potatoes, cut into wedges. Place the potatoes on the prepare baking sheet pan.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and toss together so that the potatoes arelightly coated.
3. I a small bowl mix together the italian seasoning, sald, papper and oregano.
Sprinkle seasoning over potatoes and toss to evenly combine, making sure the potatoes are coated.
4. Baked the potatoes for 20 minutes, then flip the potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.
Baked until they are lightly browned, crips outside, and tender inside.
If desired sprinkle with permesan chesee dan serve.
