Original Brownies



Chocolate Chiffon


Cornflake Cookies

CORNFLAKE COOKIES

Bahan:
100 gr butter
50 gr gula pasir
1 kuning telur
100 gr terigu
Cornflake, secukupnya, remas² kasar

Cara membuat:
- Kocok butter dan gula pasir hingga ckp mengembang.
(Tidak perlu terlalu lama, agar cookies tdk melebar waktu dibakar)
- Tambahkan kuning telur, kocok kembali hingga tercampur.
- Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata.
- Dgn menggunakan 2 sendok kecil, bentuk adonan menjadi bulatan.
- Kemudian gulingkan ke atas remahan cornflake.
- Tekan pelan2 agar conflake menempel.
- Taruh dlm loyang yg tlh dialasi kertas roti.
- Panggang sampai kekuningan dan matang.

Brownies Kukus Ketan Hitam

Brownies Kukus Ketan Hitam a la Me
Kasih taburan meises dan Keju parut...
Tidak di kasih tabutan juga enak kok...lembut texture-nya...
Brownies Steamed Glutinous Black

Material:
6 eggs
200 grams sugar (I use only 175 gr)
1 tsp emulsifier
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla (I do not use)
250 gr black glutinous rice flour
20 grams of cocoa powder
100 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped into small pieces
200 grams of cooking oil or margarine melted
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (I use brown SKM)
Meises chocolate for the filling to taste




How to make:
1.    Combine black glutinous rice flour and cocoa powder and then sifted. Set aside.
2.    Melt dark cooking chocolate with steamed way, add the oil and stir well.
Enter SKM chocolate and stir again. Set aside.
3.    In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and thick tread.
Enter while the sifted flour mixture and stir with a spatula. Add chocolate mixture and stir again.
4.    Pour ½ batter into the baking pan section 20 x 20 cm that has been lined with baking paper.
Steamed over medium heat for 10 minutes.
5.    Sprinkle with meises brown, pour the remaining portion of dough ½ back.
Steamed again for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
