How to make:
1. Combine black glutinous rice flour and cocoa powder and then sifted. Set aside.
2. Melt dark cooking chocolate with steamed way, add the oil and stir well.
Enter SKM chocolate and stir again. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and thick tread.
Enter while the sifted flour mixture and stir with a spatula. Add chocolate mixture and stir again.
4. Pour ½ batter into the baking pan section 20 x 20 cm that has been lined with baking paper.
Steamed over medium heat for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with meises brown, pour the remaining portion of dough ½ back.
Steamed again for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
