Recipe take from Allrecipes Video Cookbook on the App Store on in iThune.
(has bees modified by me from carrots to be bananas)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 cups grated banana
- 1 cups chopped pecans (skip)
1. Preheat oven 175 degrees C. Grease and flour a 22cm round baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, whitw sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in bananas. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Baked in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes,
or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Leet cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
4. sprinkle cake with powdered sugar.
